I’ve worked in publishing for two decades, mostly in the lifestyle magazine market and mainly as the Editor-in-Chief of the luxury lifestyle title SmartLife International (2010 ABC certified as among the 19 top-selling UK men’s magazines, and which you’ll no doubt have been a massive fan of if you’re over-blessed with money).
Alongside launching and editing SmartLife for 11 years, I also launched and simul-ran SVI (Sound Vision Install), the Custom Installation trade’s premier magazine, edited the pub trade magazine Freehouse Owner for a couple of years, all while freelancing for a broad range of magazines on many different subjects. Mostly tech.
Since taking the full-time freelance plunge in 2011, I’ve written content for and edited a variety of websites and blogs, before returning to SVI as freelance Consultant Editor, later adding a similar role on Retail Packaging magazine, and then also Managing Editor of Gun Mart magazine.
Now no longer attached to any outlet and currently seeking new opportunities, whether fully freelance or FTC, I can offer anything from a one-off article to a complete editorial service with SEO.
